Return your items for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, however if you item arrives damaged we will gladly ship you a comparable item free of charge.

Lost, stolen or damaged items due to wear and tear are not covered under our return policy.

If you have questions or wish to request a return label, please contact artguild@watchemail.org or call (209) 533-0510. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if you request a return label from WATCH Resources Art Guild.

For returns and exchanges, items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase or receipt with a note describing the reason for the return. Please mail items to:
